I joined other members of the Joomla! community, organizers, sponsors and speakers in Johannesburg for a very successful day, hosted at Mortimer Harvey’s auditorium.
Presentations covered aspects of Resources, Internet Marketing, Extensions, Templating and Security aspects. It was clear throughout the day that Speakers took great care in compiling presentations to accommodate different levels of Joomla! understanding, background, level of expertise and keeping topics fresh.
Case studies gave depth and understanding of Joomla! implementation of existing websites. Aspects of clients needs, internet environment and future website trends, gave insight on future Joomla! developments.
Tea and lunch times were used extensively for sharing of experiences, information and networking.
